Role Overview: We are looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented business Analyst to work with me in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. Somebody with solid analytical skills, business expertise, and a keen perception of the healthcare/pharma sector would be a perfect candidate. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, extract and analyze data, and present findings to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

- 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Examine complicated data sets to diagnose the trends, patterns, and other insight that are relevant to company goals.
- Create and manage the dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Take advantage of automation, and increase the productivity levels of people you work along with in the healthcare/pharma operations.
- Collaborated with other functional teams to make workflows concise and get Best Practices in place.
- Examine retail pharmacy management systems and tools de facto employed in operations.
- Advise and deploy system integration, automation and data interoperability solutions.
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and developments in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Drive regulatory compliance within the business process and systems.
- Assist with planning, scheduling and coordination of projects.
- Monitor project milestones, and deliverable dependencies to achieve delivery time-frames.
- Engagement at all levels with executive, managerial and frontline staff
- Summarize research results, recommendations, and project updates in transparency.
- Conduct quality assurance on data, reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy.
- Resolve any problems and variations whenever necessary, and take corrective actions.
